1) What types of awards do you offer?

We offer a wide variety including plaques, crystal awards, trophies, acrylic awards, medals, certificates, and custom-designed pieces for a one-of-a-kind award for any event or occasion.

2) Can I customize the wording, logo, and layout on the award?

Absolutely! All of our awards are fully customizable. You can include your logo, recipient names, award titles, and custom messages.  Imprint methods include laser engraving, diamond drag or etched engraving and UV Printing for a full color award!

3) Do you offer custom-shaped or fully custom-designed awards?

Yes — we love to build custom awards. Your creative design or ours, we can build it! Whether it’s a unique shape, branded design, or themed concept, our design team can bring your vision to life.  With custom cut acrylics, UV Printing, wood, crystal or stone, we can blend substrates to make something that will be the talk of the event.

4) What materials are available?

We offer awards made from crystal, glass, acrylic, wood, metal, leather and even eco-friendly options. Each material can be tailored for different finishes and engraving styles.

5) Can I see a proof or mockup before production?

Yes, we always provide digital proofs for approval before anything goes into production, ensuring 100% accuracy and satisfaction.

6) Do you offer pre-designed templates to choose from?

We have a variety of ready-made layouts to simplify the process. You can choose a style and customize the content, or go fully custom if you prefer.  We also have a large catalog with years of produced work to help inspire your next award.

Personalization and Engraving

1) What are the engraving options — laser, sandblast, full-color?

We offer laser engraving, rotary engraving, sand-carving, and full-color UV printing depending on the material and look you’re going for.

2) How much text can fit on the award?

It varies by award size and layout, but most awards comfortably accommodate the recipient's name, title, a short message, and your company or organization logo.

3) Can each award be personalized with a different name or title?

Yes, we can personalize each item individually, making it perfect for employee recognition, sports awards, or multi-winner events.

4) Do you need my logo in a specific file format?

Yes, vector files are preferred for best results — such as .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF. When needed, we can always assist with converting your logo.

5) Can you match my brand colors or font style?

Absolutely. Provide your brand guidelines or Pantone values and we’ll ensure color and font consistency across all pieces.

Turnaround Time & Delivery

1) What is your typical turnaround time?

Standard production takes 5–10 business days after artwork approval, though some items may be faster. Rush options are available.

2) Do you offer rush orders or same-day service?

Yes. Rush production and expedited shipping are available on select items. Contact us directly for availability and fees.

3) Can you ship directly to recipients or multiple locations?

Yes, we offer drop-shipping to individuals, offices, or multiple branches — ideal for remote teams and multi-location events.

4) Do you provide tracking information for shipped orders?

Yes, once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details so you can monitor delivery in real time.

1) How much do custom awards cost?

Pricing depends on the award style, quantity, and customization. Most awards range from $25 to $200. We provide quotes upfront with no hidden fees with our No Surprises Pricing guarantee.

2) Are there setup, engraving, or design fees?

Some items may have setup or engraving fees depending on the complexity of the project. We always outline these clearly in your quote.

3) Do you offer volume discounts for large orders or recurring events?

4) Can I get a formal quote or proposal for my awards program?
