Product & Customization

1) What kinds of promotional products do you offer?

We offer thousands of customizable items including apparel, drinkware, pens, tech accessories, bags, notebooks, outdoor gear, and more. If it can be branded, we probably carry it!

2) Can I customize products with my logo or branding?

Absolutely. Most products allow full-color or single-color imprinting with your logo, tagline, or custom design.

3) What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimums vary by product, but most start around 25–100 units. Some low-minimum or no-minimum items are available too — just ask!

4) Can I mix and match colors or sizes in my order?

Yes, many apparel items allow for assorted sizes. Color mixing depends on the product and imprint method. We're happy to check for you.

5) Do you offer samples before placing a full order?

Yes! We can provide blank or printed samples so you can see the quality and style before committing.

Design & Branding Support

1) Can you help me with my artwork or logo?

Yes! Our in-house design team can tweak, recreate, or build your artwork from scratch if needed.

2) What file format do you need for my logo?

We prefer vector files like .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution PDFs. Don’t have one? We can help convert it.

3) Will I get to approve a proof before production?

Always. We send digital proofs for your review and approval before anything goes to print.

4) Can you match my brand colors exactly?

Color matching requires a lot of experience to get your brand to look it's best on all types of products in many different imprint methods.  Fortunately, our expert team can help you get best consistency possible.

5) Do you offer design services if I don’t have a logo?

Yes, we offer full design support — from simple layout cleanup to full logo creation and branded concepts.

Pricing & Payments

1) How much do custom products cost?

Prices vary based on the product, quantity, and imprint. Bulk discounts apply, and we always provide clear, upfront quotes with our No Surprises Pricing promise.

2) Are there setup or design fees?

Some items have setup fees for new artwork or complex imprint areas. We’ll outline any extra costs in your quote — no surprises.  After we have done one project for you, often there are no additional set up fees.  Please keep in mind that this can vary by product and imprint type.

3) Do you offer bulk discounts or nonprofit pricing?

Yes! Larger orders receive tiered discounts, and we always offer our best pricing for schools, nonprofits, and government agencies.

4) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, checks, ACH transfers, and purchase orders for approved organizations.

5) Can I get a quote before ordering?

Absolutely. Just tell us what you're looking for, and we’ll send a detailed, itemized quote including all costs.

Turnaround Time & Shipping

1) How long will my order take?

Most standard orders take 7–10 business days after proof approval. Some items ship faster — let us know your deadline and we’ll work to match accordingly.

2) Do you offer rush production or expedited shipping?

Yes. We can rush produce and ship many products — even within 24–48 hours in some cases.

3) Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

4) What if my order is late or damaged in transit?
